What We Do
After we gather the basic facts about your car and you, we go over the coverage options you would like to include. This can be anything from the basic auto insurance required by the state of Washington, or it could be full coverage. There are actually many levels between those of course and we help you to assess what coverage suits your needs.
Then we are off to the races… We start pulling competitive policies from our network of providers. Usually there is a clear winner and we can recommend that policy for you outright. If you coverage requirements and driver history qualify you for multiple competitive offers, we present our findings to you and answer your questions about the different policies until you feel that you have enough information to make a decision.
Once we have found you the best insurance coverage we don’t just stop there. We can answer your billing or insurance questions anytime. We are just a phone call away or stop by our offices during regular business hours.
Should our clients ever need to file a claim, we are often the first ones people call. We understand how stressful even a minor fender bender can be, so we’re here to help you stay calm and collect any evidence or information needed to help process your claim. We will have the ball rolling by the time you get home!

Talk about an amazing group! Had another insurance company which we won’t name but they were charging me a ridiculous amount of money and within 10 minutes they saved me over 50% and got me more coverage. Great job! You’d be smart to check in and see what they can do to help you save money on your insurance. #goemily

The liability portion of your Auto Insurance policy covers your financial responsibility for injuring others. In Washington, your Auto Insurance must carry liability limits of at least $25,000 for injuries or death to another person, $50,000 for injuries or death to all other people, and $10,000 for damage to another person’s property.

Comprehensive coverage in your auto policy reimburses losses from fire, theft, or other perils. Collision coverage pays to repair losses caused by an accident.
Often, this coverage is mandated by leasing companies or banks. There are also ancillary medical, car rental, and other coverage which will vary by state.
Utilizing high deductibles on the physical damage coverage can help to reduce your auto insurance premiums. If you carry umbrella insurance, you must be sure that you carry the required amount of basic insurance to avoid a gap in coverage for a serious accident.
If you own a car, then you need to protect yourself from financial liability in the case of an accident.
If you don’t have auto insurance in Washington state, you’re at risk of being held personally liable for the damages caused in an accident.
If you’re at fault for an auto accident that injures another driver, your insurance can cover the damages suffered by the other driver. This coverage can cover: Medical expenses for the other driver, legal fees and legal counsel in the case of a lawsuit, loss of income for the other driver, pain and suffering reimbursement, and even funeral costs.
Bodily injury liability coverage specifies two different limit amounts: Per-person limit and per accident limit.
The property damage portion of your auto insurance policy will cover damage to the other party’s property.
This could include damage to yards, signs, mailboxes, light poles, vehicles, and more.
Other items covered by this may include the rental vehicle for other parties while their vehicle is repaired or even cover the diminished value of the other vehicle after repairs are completed.
Collision coverage in your auto coverage covers damage to your vehicle if it is hit by another vehicle, hits another vehicle, or hits an object like a pole or curb, amongst other things.
You can file collision claims regardless of who is at fault.
Collisions coverage doesn’t cover all damages, as damages from theft, fire, vandalism, or floods fall under the comprehensive coverage portion of your policy.
You should carry collision coverage as it helps you to pay for repairs to your vehicle, allows you to start the repairs on your vehicle while the details of the accident are still being investigated by the insurance company, and is able to be used regardless of who the causing driver was.
Is there anything more frustrating than coming out to a car that won’t start or has a flat tire? Outside of finding your car has been stolen or broken into, we don’t think so.
Insurance companies offer roadside assistance to help you get your vehicle back on the road quickly and safely when you find yourself in need of assistance.
Rental Reimbursement is not always included in your auto insurance policy. A rental reimbursement coverage gets you into a rental car while your vehicle is being repaired.
Rental coverage will be subject to a daily limit and claim limit. You may be covered for $25/day and $750 total for your claim. Your insurance company will be liable for the rental car bill until your coverage limit runs out or your vehicle is repaired, whichever comes first.
As this is an optional coverage, make sure you tell one of our insurance agents you want this coverage when we’re shopping for your policy to ensure you get the auto insurance policy you want and need.
